Overpriced GP with service/advice worse than a GP. Went for a first visit to enquire on some symptoms and was told to do a test before further advice can be given. No useful diagnosis or explanation was provided …
First time visiting this clinic. Before heading down, I actually WhatsApp them to check what’s the fees of the consultation etc etc. Thinking that I need to wait for a while for them to get them to me as is via WhatsApp. To my surprised, the response is really quick. The response rate is excellent. I also want to check if the clinic is undergoing renovations at the moment like what I’ve read from google reviews, and also the price of blood test. She told me no, and then the price of the blood test is $44. After a couple of questions and clarifications, I went down. I felt that the doctor is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Also, the price that for the consultation is alright, not too expensive and not too cheap, next is the blood test. So I guess value for money for the consultation is there ... just that for the consultation there has this other place that charge $20. The doctor was friendly and patient, knows his stuff. Explained what can be done, blood testing can be done if I want to rule out any thyroid issues. There was a bit of wait after the consultation initially but overall about 20-30 mins. [...]

Overpriced GP with service/advice worse than a GP. Went for a first visit to enquire on some symptoms and was told to do a test before further advice can be given. No useful diagnosis or explanation was provided which was very evident when compared to another doctor. The doctor seemed hurried and dropped into a rehearsed speech about memberships and packages. I felt like I was being persuaded into purchasing more services instead of a legitimate medical explanation.
