Took the pre employment test today. Found the staff and doctor are both efficient and explain the details and tests. Didn't meet any impolite issues here, the process is fast.
Visited the clinic for a pre-employment medical examination.. The staff at the counter was very helpful, patient and efficient. Same goes for the doctor who did the examination. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Collected the completed …
Poor customer service. Reception super not friendly. Patients are there becos they r not feeling well, but still only informed me after I see the doc that they dun accept Nets. And i have to run all the way down to find ATM, then climb all the way back to give that fee and still face this black face reception.
