Long overdue feedback! I've been consulting Dr Jeffery since 2018 and he has always been attentive and caring towards my needs. He takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The clinic is always crowded but I don't mind waiting because I know I will receive good care. Highly recommended!
Went to this clinic a few times already. I must say, it's been quite a good experience. I know there are a lot of bad experience pertaining to this clinic, so here I am telling my own experience. Yes no doubt it's very crowded and humid but the doctor there is very good at diagnosing. Furthermore, they are efficient despite how busy they are. The wait time is long, but I can tolerate that because the doctor is very experienced. Not sure about the other doctors though, heard they have a few.
I visited the Dr+ @ Marsiling the other day at about 130pm and received very good service from the 2 ladies with headscarves sitting behind the counter. However, I was completely turned off by a Chinese lady staff with glasses whom turned out to be very rude and impatient when I asked her a question. No smile, no patience, no service quality. No respect. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. I hope the management takes note of this and takes appropriate action.
