Ridiculous 3 hours waiting time. Imagine bringing your sick baby and wait for 3 hours. Should have a better queue management to call the patient when there is only 1-2 patients ahead.
Visited this clinic a few times and always found the nurses friendly. Dr Irene is a lovely lady and takes the time to explain and discuss with us on the way forward. She listens and also shares her advice on the meds to give. The only downside is the clinic is very popular especially Mondays and the waiting time is long.
As my daughter's regular PD was on leave, I brought my 2 years toddler to the clinic after seeing good review on Google. Walk in to the clinic, no queue number and no estimated time, just say it will be a long wait. The toilet is not child …
