Wanted to give this place 1 star but decided to add 2 stars because at least the food is done well. Ordered through pick-up and purposely went down later to collect my food. Reached the store and saw that there was already a ready made meal sitting there waiting for someone to pick it up. When I asked one of the staff if that was my order, she didn't even bother checking and just said yes. The fact that she didn't even bother to verify made me upset already. Next, I felt super embarrassed when I reached work. I had forgotten that I ordered soup (spicy soft tofu soup) and all the soup had spilled out into the plastic bag. This is probably due to the delivery guy not handling the soup well, but I wish the staff had taken better caution when packing the order to prevent spillage. So I managed to collect my soups and to be honest, I felt like I barely had any soup left because of how much spilled out. The soup was so diluted and the taste was gone. I really disliked how they packed the kimchi separately from the bibimbap container. By the time I managed to mix it all together, the bibimbap had cooled down so much. Just an overall terrible experience. Hence, for the food, I chose to rate 4 stars, but for everything else, I would rate 1 star.
