A great authentic family restaurant nestled within the Japanese Association. Maybe it’s the Japanese families dining around you, but it feels exactly like Japan in this place. Although the food isn’t the best, there is a warm homely flavour.

I visited Donguri Family Restaurant and was impressed with the authentic Japanese atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The wait time was minimal, even without a reservation. The food was delicious, especially the Hokkaido milk soft serve. However, I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant closes at 8.30pm and is only open to members. Overall, it was a great dining experience and worth a visit if you have the opportunity.
