Had an issue during a wash cycle. Called the service hotline and the staff was able to help remedy the problem quickly. They also provided free credit for the wash cycle to be restarted. Thanks!

Is was a worst doby. No indication, no instructions to teach how to use. Coin change machine can mix with token, are you all trying to cheat old people? Then the large washer cannot press the program, so even I pay for hot wash, still cold wash.
