Lousy service. Dono why ask for advice on faucet adaptor becomes change filter or alkaline water not good and how cheap diamond system now is. Why can't just tell me where to get the faucet adaptor?????

The service was terrible. I called them for advice on a faucet adaptor and they started talking about changing the filter or the quality of alkaline water. When I asked where to get the faucet adaptor, they couldn't give me a clear answer. Very disappointing.
I had a problem with my machine and called Diamond Energy Water & Healthy Lifestyle. They answered the call and promised to send me a WhatsApp message to troubleshoot. I even sent a video to explain the problem. However, after that, they didn't communicate with me anymore. Terrible service.
