Had a very unpleasant interraction with MRI Radiographer Farhan... was very mean and rude, assumed alot of things and did not bother clarifying facts before making a judgement. thoroughly unprofessional.. Saw that he was a Senior Radiographer, but did not act accordingly..
Nobody pick up my call and their operator is forever busy. Been waiting for an operator to pick up my call from 9am to 11am. If the call system is not encouraged for appointment rescheduling due to lack of manpower or whatever reasons, PLEASE do not put it as an option when sending sms to patients.
