Fast and seamless experience dropping a parcel off here. Go up via Lobby B (near the travelators / entrance of the old Big Box supermarket). Directly accessible via bridge to JEM/Jurong East MRT.

Managed to find this place thanks to good review done a while ago. If I may add, for those who drive, go to basement, look for lobby A and take lift up to level 2. Queue wasn’t too long. Service staff is professional and willing to double …

Quick & good service. And yes, the Big Box is still under renovation (Feb 2022), so it's a mess. The easiest & shortest way is actually at level 1, next to car park entrance. It's only 4 min to walk from MRT using the over-bridge path.
