The store keeper was very helpful and patient. The in-store promotion was very good and the suitcase has 5-year international warranty. Our purchase was processed very quickly.

Product quality really lousy. After 3 times of use, zipper had problem. But the service centre said cannot be fixed cause they consider it as wear and worn. Just had to throw away. Their 5 years warranty is just lie.

Phone number is legit and working but I guess the staff is virtual and not working. Forever nobody answering the phone. Don’t waste your time calling.
