Changing this review as the boss called back and explained the admin fee. He was courteous and did walk through why there was an unusually high admin fee added at the last minute. Trying to work out solution and depending on the situation will revise star count as appropriate.
This small size company with cheap sale men with low class behaviour. Sales men (AW - Andrew Wong) with rowdy attitude. Never provide a proper assistance. I manage to buy from another PI with a good guidance.
Deal didn’t happen as I went elsewhere - however would like to commend Caslyn for her patience, recommendations and follow up! Thank you.
