Thank you Mei Jen for the professional and warm service at counter 15. I enjoyed my experience at DBS today. Though the waiting/queueing time is long. Other staff who serve at the entrance were friendly as well.
There was a long queue when we arrived and had to wait approx 25 mins ( which is a long wait). When we were eventually served by Mr Bernard Ong at Counter 5, our frustration dissipated - he was absolutely great and was extremely patient …
