It was our first visit to bishan branch. Staff are very friendly and the customer relations officer helped to get a priority queue for my wheelchair bound mom. We didn't wait very long. We were called after 5 minutes and the counter officer …
Staff told me take your lunch come after 1 hours but I’m wating 2 hours also my number haven’t sms very poor service
