I come here regularly to work out. The front office staff at Damai are very helpful and attentive. The gym machines are well maintained. Spa facilities include a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, relaxation room and a plunge pool. Spa facilities are very clean and guests are usually respectful.

Some of the gym equipment really need repair and maintenance for safety reasons. Two of the cross-trainer padels were broken when I tried to use it. Even the leg curl machine doesn't seem to carry the weights whenever I adjusted it. …
