This old terminal is operating express bus to Johor Bahru Malaysia. The bus leave the terminal at an average of 20 minutes, depending on bus smooth returns from Johor Bahru. Now they operate 24 hours but after 11pm the bus move out time changes. Take approximately 1 hour 1 trip.

I’ve email about the today incident but then still no reply from customer service causewaylink management? Don’t ever take this bus again people the driver was super rude and have the audacity saying he wants to slap me just because I ask help from him to tap my card since I couldn’t reach because the bus was to full.

The staff at the terminal were very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and provided me with the necessary information. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The bus was comfortable and clean. The seats were spacious and there was plenty of legroom. The air conditioning was also very good, which was a relief in the hot weather. Overall, a great ride.
