I appreciate the small class sizes which allow better engagement between tutor and students. The courses are very structured and well-paced in terms of difficulty. My tutor John Park is also very patient and goes beyond the syllabus to aid us in understanding Korean as a language.
This is an evaluation of the customer service only, not the teaching. I signed up for a trial Korean class and was given an evening time slot. When I turned up to the zoom meeting, the meeting had not started. I sent a message through …
1- the Location is convenient and easy to access. 2 - the Trainer Brian is very well experienced and always giving examples, different concepts and even used Mandarin to explain making it clearer to understand. He is able to make the lesson interesting n you will not realise that it's already 2 hours.

Disappointed!
