Attn: Crocs Management Incident happened on 16 Jan, around 1pm, at your outlet at Changi City Point. I was disappointed to find out that the shoes I wanted were out of stock. The staff were not very helpful in assisting me to check if they had stock in other outlets. They seemed disinterested and were more focused on chatting amongst themselves. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure better customer service.
