Needed to board my cat with Cat Cradle when I went away in June. First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the place when I went to visit prior to the boarding. The place is very clean, extremely roomy, absolutely inviting and most importantly, the cats look very happy and well taken care of. The staff seems to genuinely love cats and it shows. I felt completely at ease leaving my cat in their care. When I picked her up after my trip, she was in great shape and seemed content. I will definitely board my cat here again in the future.

Boarded my cat Conan with Cradle Cat Hotel for 9 nights. It was the longest I ever had someone else take care of him, and he’s not the easiest cat (skittish, not receptive to strangers or foreign surroundings, not food motivated) - but it seems like Cradle knows how to handle difficult cats. They were very patient and understanding with Conan, and they made sure to give him the space he needed to feel comfortable. When I picked him up, he was actually more relaxed than when I dropped him off! I'm very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.
