Very understaffed, sunday 8pm but only one cashier serving a long line. Feel very bad for her.

Worst experience ever. Two counters opened with two staffs working at the speed equivilent of a snail. Queued for almost an hour. Have seen other Cotton On outlets smaller sized than this outlet yet with better trained staffs and more counters opened. Instead of staffs taking their own sweet time. Unbelievable!!!
