If you call this number, it will be left to ring on and on, and nobody ever answers it. Every day since 30 June I've called this number in hopes of speaking with someone with regard to my missing online order made 9 June. Cotton On's online customer service portal does not allow a message to be left, and I have emailed their customer service asking for an update and have gotten a non-response. Extremely let down by the lack of communication and follow up from Cotton On, as it has been 3 weeks and I cannot get any information about my order.
I have had multiple issues with Cotton On's customer service and their online system. It took me forever to get a response and when they did finally respond, it was not helpful at all. They did not care about my concerns and just gave me a generic answer. Their online system is also very slow and glitchy. I will not be using Cotton On again.
