my first time working with a therapy client here. a beautiful space. the photos are of the therapy room which is well soundproofed and just right setup-wise for hypnotherapy and mindset work. the main area has an amazing gym and workout space.

Spacious gym that fully equipped and fully supervised by Personal Trainers. Cosy place to have a cuppa while waiting or resting before / after a session. Highly recommended.

This gym is located in the Dempsey hill, so we can enjoy the green scenery when we exercise.
