I purchased an Aussie Wall Hammer from this shop via their telegram sales in Oct 2022, labelled as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). When I arrived to collect my purchase, the coral looks damaged and slightly receded. I made my disappointment known to the staff and they offered to replace the coral or refund my money. I decided to take the replacement coral and they were very apologetic. The replacement coral is in excellent condition and I am happy with my purchase now.
