Customer service is bad. Insist that we made payment before my kid's therapy session is finished. We went to other therapy centers before and we only need to make payment after each therapy session is completed. The receptionist scared as though we will run away without paying. Absolutely lack of trust.
Good as it helps the child pick up relevant social skills in group play. No labelling of the child as each individual comes in as they are. Kids are in groups that could enhance their social interactions and feedback to parents/caregivers are given at the end of each session.
