Love the open communication. He kept me updated on what was wrong and what he was doing about it. Even saved me some money by fixing a part instead of exchanging for a new one he had ordered for me. The detailed invoice is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

After which they gave me a price to replace the motherboard and migrate everything to a new one as well. The difference was night and day! Fantastic job!
