Useless service. We have suffering endless noise from our neighbours but mediator seems to side with our neighbours instead, saying that noise can come from other units. Does the mediator live with us? How does this person know we are wrong? Ridiculous! I would give this zero stars if I can
Community Mediation Centre or CMC is not exactly that useful, it is a paper tiger per se. Unless it is a case of public interest, imho it is rather redundant to use CMC to resolve dispute (instead of going to the State Courts i.e. community Disputes Resolution Tribunals).
Totally not helpful at all. Hotline tell 1 story, mediation officer tell another story. Neither information is useful at all. Disappointment

They always prioritize the other party over us, making us feel like the bad guys. The whole mediation process was a waste of time and we didn't get any satisfactory resolution. Would not recommend.
