I ordered 3kg of dry ice pellets for my Halloween party, and I was given an extra kilo for free. Excellent communication, easy ordering and no issues with pick up. The styrofoam box is excellent and preserved the dry ice for nearly 24 hours!

Needed some dry ice pallets for a custom, made out door ice cream set up. It was very easy to communicate and order with them. Adrian was especially responsive. He was able to advice on how much was precisely needed for the set up and offer other solutions too. Would be happy to engage them in the future.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
