Very efficient. Managed to collect my associate pass in less than 5 mins !
On 16 sep, 2pm. The indian lady reception was very rude and was eager to chase us out aftwr knowing we were not members and we even apologise as we thought the cafe is open to public and facilities are for club members.
Poor customer service..staff very rude towards members..Unpleasant club to be a members.

The facilities at the Recreation center are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!
