Excellent customer service provided by the staffs at Clothier! Went there with my girlfriend and they patiently assisted us as we choose from their wide selection. I would strongly recommend this place to those looking for cheongsams and qipaos.
Revising review because I tried to return/exchange one of two dresses within a week (as stated in their returns policy) and the other lady in the shop was thoroughly and utterly unhelpful. Was prepared to exchange one dress for two of lower quality and price, even though I had paid the difference in price upfront in blind faith to the shop. Won't be returning here again.
Wide range of selection that caters to both modern and traditional sensibilities; formal and casual occasions. Qipaos are well made, material is of a high quality and durable, cut is flattering, price point is reasonable and most importantly, affordable; definitely value for money. Staff is knowledgeable and provides professional advice. The only downside is the slightly cramped store space.
