During my first visit to the Chanel store, I was looking for a wallet and received help from a salesgirl named Lois Tan. Despite the store not having the item in stock, she patiently answered my questions and took my contact information for any future enquiries. It was a nice experience with her.
This Chanel store had absolutely horrible guest service. The attendant was so rude. She answered questions with attitude, and she would follow me around the store with her rudeness. She wouldn't greet me when I entered the store either.
