Was pretty disappointed with my recent experience as I made a special trip there, and found out there was a very limited number of shoes on sale (partly due to the reno). Sales staff also did not appear competent and experienced in their knowledge of the products.
Went there to buy harness and shoes. Took the entire allocated time to choose my climbing shoes, made a lot of requests and asked a lot of questions, yet the staffs there were so patient with me and eventually helped me find the perfect pair.
The range of shoes on sale was limited and the sales staff seemed inexperienced.
