First time here, added an additional sole to my Clark’s desert boots. Friendly and approachable couple. Will come again ???? …

Very very poor service by this auntie. Ask her to do my sneaker to glue back and repair but instead turn it off just by saying "My glue can't glue my shoe and need to take off the sole. Go to Clementi Mall " she mentioned. What a service!!! Tks Auntie!!!

Around 6:30 pm on 10 Apr 2023, I showed the gentlemen staff my leather shoes and asked a quote for repairing the two heels. He said the shoes needs to change their soles completely at a price of $120. His impatient explanation for changing the soles made me feel like he just wanted to sell more. I decided not to proceed with the repair as I felt the price was too high.
