We decided to renovate our 16 years old flat after circuit breaker and engaged Serene from Classic after shortlisted 3 IDs. Even though Classic is not the cheapest but we were impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Serene is a highly professional and meticulous person who came up with excellent design concept for our flat. We have absolute trust in her recommendations and decisions. She went beyond her duties and responsibilities to ensure our renovation works were well taken care of. She has an excellent eye for details and follow through with everything. Even during this covid period, Serene was widely available which we were very impressed. Classic workmanship is also excellent. They might not be the cheapest but their carpentry works are of high quality and are built to last. We have gotten some quotation from several ID contractors and build-in companies (some with over 50 years foundation here) and felt that the workmanship in the portfolio of Classic was better. Contractors usually work with a few architects but with Classic, the ID are the arichect themselves. So we think that this in small way contributed to the quality of the works. Throughout the period, Serene provided us with timely updates and even followed up on small defects. She coordinated all the works and made sure it all go smoothly. We are very happy.
