I had a terrible experience with CKR Contract Services. The workmanship in my BTO was extremely poor. There were many issues such as rough skirting, holes and scratches on door frames and laminates, and uneven paint and surfaces on walls and ceiling. The delivery of my BTO was also delayed by 1.5 years. It was a complete disappointment and I do not recommend their services.
