Customer Service very poor. The Indian lady staff wasn’t friendly at all. She showed zero interest in presenting the products. While talking to her she folded her arms while leaning her shoulder on the wall. Not helpful at all. Walkout of the shop with disappointment.
We were looking to try out gas water heaters. Spoke to Don, who attended to me quickly and gave me an in-depth explanation of the gas water heaters and their functions. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made the process a breeze. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
Made an appointment with them to install gas pipe before I up my carpentry. Purposely took leave just to administer the gas pipe installation. Was at my unit the whole day. Installer no show, tried calling customer service but it was out of …
