The Town Council office is not as efficient as expected. I had to wait for a long time to get my issue resolved. The staff were not very helpful and it took a lot of time for them to address my concerns. I'm not satisfied with their service.
Chua Chu Kang Town Council is doing a good job in maintaining the cleanliness of the town. The rubbish bins are regularly emptied and the common areas are kept clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I am happy with their service.
