Visited MBS outlet. Female staff not helpful at all. Cannot be bothered to do sales. Kept saying no stocks and don't know if you can order. No initiative at all for a sales person of such beautiful shoes. Look down on us too
The manager, Adrian provides very good and attentive service. He’s very helpful and offers practical and useful advice and goes the extra mile for his customers. Even though the shoes are very expensive, it’s worth the price because of his service attitude. We can sense his sincerity. Keep up the good work!
Was just window shopping and looking at the exquisite displays of clothing fashion. A bit expensive to shop. However great place to chill and have tea at TWG

The sales staff at the MBS outlet were not helpful at all. They seemed disinterested and didn't bother to assist me when I asked about available stock or the possibility of ordering. Their lack of initiative was disappointing considering the beautiful shoes they sell. They also gave off an air of superiority, which made me feel like they were looking down on me.
I had a great experience at the Christian Louboutin store thanks to the manager, Adrian. He provided excellent and attentive service. He was helpful and gave me practical and useful advice. He went above and beyond for his customers and his sincerity was evident. Despite the high prices, I believe the quality of service makes it worth it. Adrian should be commended for his hard work and dedication.
I visited the Christian Louboutin store at Marina Bay Sands and was impressed by the beautiful displays of fashion. While the prices are a bit steep for my liking, it's still a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea at TWG.
