Do not deceive by their sales talk !!! Bought a heater from them, realised the bar was installed upside down, call the delivery man immediately but was told to call their office. After sales sucks, did not resolve problem at all.
Super horrible experience! Was told that delivery would be between 2-4 Pm. Waited at home for delivery for two hours, thought they might be late but no, called their office they direct us to call the installation guys and the installation …

They were not helpful at all and seemed disinterested in assisting with our problem. Would not recommend.
The customer service was very unprofessional and rude. They did not listen to my concerns and did not provide a satisfactory solution.
The delivery was delayed and when it finally arrived, the product was damaged. It was a complete waste of time and money.
I had a terrible experience with this company. The installation was done incorrectly and when I contacted them about it, they refused to take responsibility.
The quality of the product I received was very poor. It stopped working after just a few days and they were unhelpful when I tried to get a refund.
I would not recommend this company. The customer service was terrible and the product I received was not as described.
