The school has had to wind up and now it has moved to a home-based setting with Swiss Chef Reto. Although the setting has changed, Chef Reto's expertise and passion for teaching remain evident. He provides excellent instruction and the classes are enjoyable and reasonably priced. The overall experience is top-notch.
