Poor attention for a luxurious brand. I went for advice on bag repair and the staff was pretty poor on their advice, basically they advised me to go to off the label repair. Unbelievable considering the value paid for a bag for less one year of duration.
The staff-Vicky type wrong passport number so I can't get a tax refund in airport. this is a serious mistake.
