I reached 10min before my appointment time and was able to submit all my documents and biometrics within an hour. The staff were professional and efficient in processing the applications. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The staff at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center were rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful and seemed to be annoyed when asked questions. The building and facilities were also in poor condition. Overall, a disappointing experience.
