First time to bring my luggage bag for repair in their workshop. Arrived there during their lunch break (1-2pm), but they provide free ice creams while waiting outside their door. Staffs over there are helpful and they will inspect your luggage on the spot, quote you and share if there's any need to source for parts. Although the quotation was higher than my expectation, I decided to proceed as their turnaround time is good! Collected my luggage 2 days later. While I can still see some minor nitty gritty remaining on the same area which was repaired, generally they are alright for me. I am not really particular, so I wont complain further, after all I don't hope I will need the second time using their service!
