Horrible experience. Firstly the spa is extremely dated. After changing into my gown I was ordered to go get my phone to show the manager my vouchers before the treatments could commence. The massage was fine - I had to request more pressure multiple times. The therapist also left the room halfway through the massage without informing me. The facial was terrible - the therapist did not explain the steps or products used, and it felt like she was rushing through it. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Then there was a break of about 5-8 min during which time she went out of the room. When she returned she gave me a sip of warm Chinese tea and tried to sell me another session. This was the worse spa experience ever.
