I am still awaiting a call back regarding my grandniece's application for the playgroup center. Furthermore, even after physically going to the center and speaking to one of the duty officers, I haven't received any follow-up on my case. This is highly disappointing and indicative of the poor service provided by the Cheng San Family Service Centre.

One of the social workers even told me that seeking help will not be fruitful as long as I have a family.
