I had terrible toothache. Doc just said infection. Very ex. With blue Chas card bill more than $200. No procedure done. Just took X-ray & asked me to take pic on hp. Counter staff didn’t disclose fees dispute repeated query. Just avoid.
Dr. Chen knows how to handle kids. The assistant too! They both know how to handle and explain clearly to children. Price abit expensive, but worth! They make children "first experience to the dentist" a fun way ???? thank you Dr Chen and Assistant (Chinese lady). …
Called the clinic this morning to enquire about the clinic opening hours and the price. I told the receptionist I wanted to utilize my CDC vouchers. I was then told that they charge $200 just for scaling and polishing plus another $50 for other services. This is much more expensive compared to other dental clinics. I am disappointed with their pricing.
I had terrible toothache. The doctor just said it was an infection and didn't really do anything about it. I was charged more than $200 for just an X-ray and some advice to take painkillers. I think this is quite expensive for the lack of treatment I received.
Dr. Chen is great with kids. My children felt comfortable with him and his assistant, who also knew how to explain things in a child-friendly manner. The only downside is that the clinic is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it for the good experience they provide to children.
