staff totally disinterested and can’t speak properly. Gave me a fallen cup of dessert with messy topping. Dumped entire packet of mochi on flimsy paper plate (didn’t plate or unwrap). GWC chateraise - what’s the point of having a seating area if there’s no proper service??? 1 star to the 2 girl staff on 9 August at noon.
Shine Muscat cake - The seedless Shine Muscat grapes and the vanilla sponge cake with strawberries and strawberry sauce were good separately but didn’t seem to be naturally together. …
Was impressed with the customer services of Staff Careis. She calmly listened to the needs of what type of cheesecake needed for a birthday celebration. Additional late requests to have names marked on the cake was carried out with ease. The final package completed with caution. The cake tasted good and not too sugary.
The staff at Châteraisé @ Great World Patisserie were totally disinterested and couldn't speak properly. They gave me a fallen cup of dessert with messy topping.
