The staff at Châteraisé @ Great World Patisserie were totally disinterested and couldn't speak properly. They gave me a fallen cup of dessert with messy topping. They dumped the entire packet of mochi on a flimsy paper plate without plating or unwrapping it. What's the point of having a seating area if there's no proper service? I give them 1 star.

Was impressed with the customer services of Staff Careis. She calmly listened to the needs of what type of cheesecake needed for a birthday celebration. Additional late requests to have names marked on the cake was carried out with ease. The final package completed with caution. The cake tasted good and not too sugary.
