My baggage damage claim with Scoot is pending over a month with Charles Taylor. No one replies to update you on the status. Looks like their CEO is ok with this customer service experience. Scoot also is not able to push the case. Bizarre!!
Beware. This company is working for Scoot airline to deal with their passengers claims. Charles Taylor is tasked to not respond any query nor assist any customer. This extremely bad customer service. They should be reviewed by local relevant authorities as current practice does not seem OK
Sent evidences of my damaged luggage on a Scoot flight to this company but they did not follow up. The sign off doesn't have a name and phone number. Not sure why Scoot would work with such a company and people want to look for a job there.
