Entire system crashed on 1-Jan , unable to retrieve car, unable to accept car. Had to wait over 3 hours for maintenance team to arrive before the getting the car back.
Worked fine and for all the times it actually worked fine and nobody commented. Was the only place I could find parking on a Saturday evening. Has a waiting time (duration depending on how many people are parking/retrieving their car) but still better than waiting with the engine runnjng at the carpark for a lot.
Car retrieval failed to retrieve my car since 7.15pm. Called the so called the number for assistance, was told need to wait for him to come down. Called another couple of times, still waiting. Some other car owners are lucky to have their cars retrieved.

This parking garage has an overall negative experience. The system crashed on New Year's Day and it took over 3 hours for the maintenance team to come and fix it. Not reliable at all.
