Not many taxi on Hire most are waiting for booking outside, on road side. Pressed taxi button on taxi stand still no taxi willing to pick up unless there's passenger alight at the point. If you willing to wait, no problem.
Very convenient just outside the exit A of the Changi city point mall. Have two benches to sit while waiting for taxi. The taxi stand can have only two taxis waiting for passengers. But most of the times it takes too long for taxi to arrive …
