Chambers took over from Knight at our condo, Waterside. Been a horrific exp. Condo is dirty in most places. The estate is in poor hands now. When we raise with the GM, Agnes Quek, she wont reply for months and then on follow up, she will rudely ask to mind our own business.
Dont do any business with this company. MCST2199 attitude super bad call to HQ also keep saying excuse, didn't here any apologize. And still saying because ppl can't control the tone when impatient. Your company is providing service, how come can be impatient to customer???Ridicukus.
0 star if possible. Unit has no water and property manager number is unreachable. Very irresponsible of the manager, Ms. Ophelia Soh, to off her phone when its something extremely urgent. Can you imagine living with no water supply.

When we complained to the General Manager, Agnes Quek, she ignored us for months and then responded rudely, telling us to mind our own business. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
I highly advise against doing any business with Chambers International Property Management Company. The attitude of MCST2199 is incredibly bad, and when I called their headquarters, they offered nothing but excuses and did not apologize for the poor service. They even tried to justify their impatience by saying that people can't control their tone when they are impatient. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a company that is supposed to provide service to its customers.
